1. Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a rescheduled appointment or reduced service time.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Refunds and Returns
Services rendered are non-refundable.
Products purchased in the salon may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition, accompanied by a receipt.

4. Health and Safety
Clients are required to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment.
For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving services.

5. Personal Belongings
Beauty Studio by Anna Franchuk is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the salon.

6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care. Your details will only be used for appointment scheduling, communication, and promotional purposes with your consent.

7. Pricing and Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods.

8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of use.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

9. Right to Refuse Service
Beauty Studio by Anna Franchuk reserves the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior, fail to adhere to these terms, or compromise the safety and comfort of staff or other clients.
